During last year’s Super Bowl halftime show scheduled performers The Black Eyed Peas had some special guests come out on stage and help them out (Usher and Slash). For this year’s halftime show, it looks like Madonna will be doing the same thing!
We already know that Madonna will be the main act for the Super Bowl halftime show and we also already know, rumored to join her are Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. However, will.i.am revealed to Capital FM that LMFAO will also be joining this roster of artists at Super Bowl XLV. He said:
“I’m going to the Super Bowl this year to see my group LMFAO perform with Madonna. Check that out, Will.i.am Music Group is pretty freaking two for two…. One year the Super Bowl, the next year another group part of the Super Bowl in collaboration with Madonna. That’s still happening.”
Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. are featured on Madonna’s first single off her upcoming album. Let’s hope that Minaj really does make the appearance and maybe we can get a little taste of the new song!
It sure sounds like this performance will be a good one! I wonder if there will be any more surprises?
