After shamelessly taking the Hot 100 crown from Rihanna, LMFAO managed to put their infamous track "Sexy And I Know It" on the very top of the Billboard list, making it their second chart-topper from their sophomore album but... Will their fourth single "Sorry For Party Rocking" (the 2nd single "Champaigne Showers" didn't make it to the top 10, sorry...), have what it takes to become a hit-record? Let's see...
Does "Sorry For Party Rocking" have banal lyrics that could have been (obviously were) written drunk or on the process of getting there? Yeah, it does. Is there a club-banger beats that can somehow put everyone to dance like freaks? You could say so. Is there a punchline that can easily be stuck in your head like "I'm sexy and I know it" or "Everyday I'm shuffling"? Guess "Sorry for party rockin'" is intended to cover that point.
In conclusion, LMFAO's fourth single HAS the qualities that made their previous tracks so successful, so who knows? Maybe in a couple of weeks (or whenever they release a video for this) we could see them dominate the chats either you love it or hate it... Again.
