LMFAO sets BOK Center tour stop


Party rock dance music duo LMFAO will perform June 13 at the BOK Center.

Tickets are $29.50, $42.50, $55.00 and $99.50, plus fees, and go on sale 10 a.m. Saturday at tulsaworld.com/bok, the Arby’s Box Office at the BOK Center, all Tickets.com outlets or by calling 1-866-7-BOKCTR. The show is all ages.

Also performing will be the Far East Movement, The Quest Crew, Sidney Samson and more.

The act notably performed with pop goddess Madonna during her halftime spectacle at Super Bowl XLVI earlier this month.

The duo is the L.A.-formed group of rappers, producers, dancers and DJs Redfoo (Stefan Kendal Gordy) and his nephew SkyBlu (Skyler Austen Gordy). Both are related to music mogul Berry Gordy. The pair joined in 2006.

The group is best known for its tunes “I’m in Miami Trick,” “Party Rock Anthem,” “Champagne Showers,” and “Sexy and I Know It.” They have also been featured in tracks by music acts David Guetta and The Crystal Method.

LMFAO’s music has been used in TV shows “Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami,” “The Real World:Cancun” “Dancing with the Stars,” “Jersey Shore” and “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”
